Good location, and nice pillows.
Sink clogged and won't drain.

There were kids in the room next to us and the door kept slamming until midnight. No security in the halls to keep things quiet, etc. Sink did not drain well. Shower tiles needed repair. Our visit for 2 nights was fine, but this hotel is showing a little wear and tear. The pillows were nice and each bed had four, but don't look behind the bed, lots of dust & lint.

A great multipurpose open area located right beside the pool. That way family can be playing games while the kids are swimming in the pool.

Clean, choice of soft & harder pillows, good water pressure in shower, great laundry, food excellent.
Nothing - it was great!

Very comfortable room, great internet, every staff member in the hall greeted us and offered to help with doors and suitcases.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. It is right off the interstate and across the street from the mall.

This hotel was clean and friendly. It has many access doors which made it easy to get in and out of. The only thing that I didn't find appealing was the work out room.
