Helpful front dest staff.
No WIFI in the rooms, only ethernet.

Difficult to find off of Rt 95. You have to travel through some pretty seemy areas to get to the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are ample, clean and well appointed.

The towels in the bathroom were the only positives during my travels at this location
cold water, jammed doors, unhelpful staff, disappointing hotel overall

I will never suggest this hotel to anyone. The exterior was the only attrative part of the entire experience. I am very disappointed especially based on the price and the star rating provided.

Parking convenient to room, even on second floor
The room furnishings were shabby and in some cases unsafe (lamp).

This hotel shows its age. Furnishings were worn and in one case a lamp was electrically unsafe. The parking is convenient in some parts of the complex, with even second floor rooms having parking directly outside the room's exterior doors. This did not meet my past experiences of Holiday Inn quality.

It was way better than I expected.
Inconvenient elevator location.

I booked on Priceline
Housekeeping woke us up at 8 and we didn't check in until 11:30 the night before.

The carpet in the hall and rooms were filthy. The beds were comfortable but because housekeeping started knocking at 8, we didn't get to enjoy them as long as we would have liked.

We enjoyed and appreciated the customer reception that they had on Wednesday night. After a long day of traveling, it really lifted our spirits.
Used soap and towel was left in the bathroom.

We had never been to Fayetteville before so we didn't know what to expect. We were all pleasantly surprised by the offerings of the hotel (reception, goodie bag, large pool in good condition, spacious rooms) and the extremely kind and friendly staff.
