Horrible house keeping staff.
We were put into a room in which the bed was not made, TV was on, looked like a room that had not been made up. We waited for more than 30 minutes but no house staff ever came. I finally went to the desk and requested another room. Totally unsatisfactory.

The hotel was nice.
I didn't like that I was approached for money from some man outside in the parking lot.
The hotel was very nice, but like I said, as soon as we were going to our room, a random man approached my 16 year old niece and I for money. That set an unsettled tone for us for our stay.

Easy access off I-95, helpful staff, nice room, but I prefer a softer mattress. Some hotels offer free continental breakfast, but this one did not.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The lay out and I could not find an elevator.
Room is cozy and comfortable. The lobby is nice and it has wireless. I did not like lugging my bags upstairs. I couldn't find an elevator.

We stayed in a non-smoking room, but as soon as you stepped into the hallway the air was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. The housekeeping staff started working at around 8:00 am and woke us up with their chatter and knocking on doors for cleaning.

I was there for a total of 12 hours, so didn't really form an opinion.
My room was non-smoking, but it smelled like smoke.
Aside from the room smelling like smoke, the bed was uncomfortable, the water pressure was poor, and there was no elevator, so I had to lug my computer and suitcase up the stairs.
