Very nice girls at the front desk and it was modern and clean.
The shower heads were too short. It could use more than one computer in the business center.

The staff were great, the hotel was safe and clean. It was near everything. I will go back and feel comfortable about recommending it.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, family-friendly and affordable. The management and staff was exceptional.

We had a wonderful time as it was part of his Christmas present. It was reasonably priced and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Classy, up-scale, for a Holiday Inn.
Size of the in-door swimming pool.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the upscale atmosphere of this Holiday Inn. Its close proximity to our dive site on the Niagara River (an annual event) will make it annual stop for us; perhaps we'll even extend our weekend getaway!

This hotel did not provide microwave or mini refrigerator. No free meals for children.

No microwave or refrigerator. It is not family friendly, but the friendliness of the staff made up the difference. We were attending a family reunion and the above did not affect us but proved a disappointment to several family members.
