It had a great location near Fresno Airport.
There was no elevator!

The hotel website advertises that they recently re-decorated but it was just curtains, carpet, and bedspread that were new. The bathroom wasn't new and the sink didn't drain properly. The room smelled stale and the housekeeping staff only added fresh towels on one day. One day, we didn't even get our room cleaned. Very disappointing.

Easy in and out.
12 miles off the freeway.

Older motel, clean, friendly people, didn't try restaurant. Pool very nice, large, deep, waterfall gave nice touch, kids enjoyed very much.

Did not meet up to my expectations.

Staff on check in was not particularly friendly. Room was clean and spacious, but was hoping that it would be more modern. Pool area was interesting, looked very old school. Our room was situated at the end of the hallway right next to glass doors leading to the outside and a parking lot that was visible from the room, but upon leaving and returning, the door would not open from the outside (despite several guests trying their room keys to open it) and we had to walk all the way around to the front anyway. read more

This was supposed to be a 3-star hotel, but the layout was not friendly, the air conditioning didn't work, and none of the ice machines worked either. The hotel was dirty, dark, and very disappointing.
