The room was decent.
Room service was bad! Card key never worked!

I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn before and will never stay at one again. We had a really bad experience here. Room service never brought us anything we need in a timely manner. We had to call them at least 4 times and usually got the item an hour later. The card key for the room never worked. I had to go everyday to the front desk to get new keys. Probably the worst place I stayed at. We asked for an extra blanket and room service said they had no more blanket. Very absurd! read more

Our family was traveling with a soccer team. The indoor pool was tons of fun for the kids.
Check in was extremely slow.

The indoor pool and deck area were great for the kids. They were thrilled to swim comfortably in the middle of December. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation which was obvious from the rolls of carpet and excess furniture that was around. It should be very nice when done. Check in was extremely slow. Other than the staff person at check in, all other staff was very friendly and helpful, including the remodeling crews. We stayed with a group of families from a soccer team. We would definitely stay here again if attending another tournament in Fresno Clovis area. read more

Good customer service.
Had to stay in smoking rooms.

Hotel filled all non-smoking rooms and some our party had to stay in smoking rooms. The hotel switched our rooms to non-smoking the following day.

The beds were fantastic. Just perfect. Room was clean, the rest was ok.
Old set up, old pool, tile and railings rusty, showerhead not working fine, breakfast so-so.

Great beds, perfect sleep, nice rooms, except showerheads. Hotel surroundings, interior aged, pool (great for kids!) With waterfall (they would love it) but not really on the up and up, but acceptable. I was there on business and the beds and my sleep was perfect. Breakfast buffet for $ 7.99 was ok, juice, eggs, bacon, bagels, potatoes (not so crisp), coffee, yogurt, fresh fruit, not bad, but not $ 7.99 worth (especially if you feed several people). read more
