Large room.
First floor is a casino, Seedy part of town.

This hotel is not the 3.5 star that I was promised. It was 2 to 2.5 stars. The first floor houses a casino and the typical denizens of a seedy card room were on the street and in the parking lot. The room overlooked a bus stop with as many as 4 buses loading at a time beginning at about 5 AM, waking us up. The room was average. There was a parking charge not indicated on their website. read more

Staff was very accommodating, no air condition, but brought a fan immediately.
Air conditioning was not working should have given us a room immediately.

Exterior sliding door was off hinge and balcony was filthy, location was good, modern and up to date furnishings, good flat screen TV very surprised about this. Good quality toiletries. Lighting very poor in bathroom.

Quality bedding, free internet, nice furnishings.
Bad part of town, older facility, and the parking fee.

The hotel is trying by spending on small things like sheets, towels, etc. But the facility is old and run down. The part of town is bad, with vagrants outside, loud trains all night, and a parking fee.

The room was very nice, large, clean except for cigarette butts on the balcony.
They share a parking garage with a casino, so there are people going in and out of the garage all night. For this they charge you $5 extra.

Downtown Fresno. The hotel lobby was large but not decorated much. The room was very nice. Balcony was dirty-cigarette butts. Room clean. The restaurant in the casino next door was excellent. The parking was in a shared underground garage with the casino. I was nervous about stuff getting stolen from my pickup truck but nothing did. The hotel charged an additional $5/day fee for parking. read more

Value for the price and was convenient.
Very noisy in the hallways from 10pm to 2pm (4th floor).

Met my expectations.

The rooms were attractive and spacious.
Thin walls, very noisy, no water pressure, loose fixtures, and hard beds.

This hotel would be fine if you weren't expecting a higher star rating. The staff was very nice. We did not get a good night's rest because the walls are paper-thin. Our neighbors didn't do anything wrong but we could hear their conversation and movement in their room. Every time someone closed a door the walls shook. The shower fixture was loose from the wall and there was very little water pressure. read more
