Location.
Small rooms and elevator and lobby.
Quiet clean 3 star with few frills but excellent location near restaurants and subway.

Convenient location.
The mattress was quite uncomfortable with a noticible dip in the centre.
The hotel itself was quite nice, with
very friendly and helpful staff. I found the mattress to be quite uncomfortable, which was not the best for sleeping off jet lag. The stairway is elevated a half flight above the floor level, which meant that after I got off the elevator, I had to go to my room dragging my luggage up a half flight of stairs and then down another half flight of stairs. With heavy luggage, this was a major inconvenience. Otherwise, all was nice, clean and friendly. read more

I liked its location in a beautiful and safe part of Berlin.
I didn't like that breakfast was not included, and that it cost 14 euros. I never ate there. The one time I drank coffee at the hotel it was awful.
This is a good hotel, but there are problems like no internet service in the hotel. Also, the lighting in the room was not good. It was difficult to read, and the light in the bathroom was especially poor. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not too knowledgeable about where to go for coffee, internet, etc in the neighborhood.

Good location near multiple trains.
Room's slightly smoky, small lobby.
This hotel is in a good location near shopping, mass transit, and places to get a meal. The rooms are on the small side but generally clean. However, many/most rooms are not smoke free and the lobby is a bit on the small side. It is great it is off a main street, meaning room noise was not an issue.

The staff were pleasant.
The hotel staff was nice but it is a very small hotel. Elevators are old. It is quite near the bus and shops.

Very helpful and pleasant front desk personnel.
Their street numbering system is unusual and it took me a couple of passes and a lot of frustration to find the hotel, though it was on the block I was.

Location in upscale neighborhood.
Small room and bathroom.
I spent 3 nights in ground floor non-smoking room with king bed, on interior facing a courtyard which was very quiet. Room and bathroom were approximate size of standard cruise ship cabin, but well-appointed and comfortable. Pleasant mixed residential/business neighborhood with nearby shops such as Cartier, with easy access to mass transit options.

Excellent English spoken.
The TV remote. Channel up/down is next to pay TV up/done. I paid for a porno movie I did not watch!!!
Excellent location for bus, etc. Easy connection to Potsdam. Close to City Tour of Belin station. Good stay but overpriced.

Location is excellent. Very helpful staff.
Rooms are very small. Bed very uncomfortable. In Germany this is a 4 Star hotel.
This hotel is at a great location, only 50 meters from the bus stop ( the airport bus stops here) and a short walk to the Underground. Rooms are very small, bed could be better, especially the small blanket was annoying . In Germany this is a 4 Star hotel.
