Snowy flat screen high definition TV.

The flat screen TV was snowy. When we mentioned the problem to the front desk we were given no compensation even though Holiday Inn has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Room was comfortable and recently renovated. Ask for a room facing the golf course.
