Nice king sized bed with poolside view.
Pool closed way too early and the indoor pool was being cleaned.

Outdoor pool great.
Had some trouble in checking in.

We had a great time here. The outdoor pool was great, the indoor pool was cold, the air conditioner was not very good, our room was hot most of the time, we had some trouble checking in. They allowed pets but only on first floor.

Woke up to find cockroaches crawling all over bathroom.

Woke up early to get on the road to get back home before dark, went into bathroom and ugly, big cockroaches were crawling around. Got to our room after checking in, and went to use the card key, and in the packet was a notice to be careful, the hotel was experiencing burglaries, vandalism, and break-in of customer’s autos, we were very uneasy, and I stayed awake most of the night to keep an eye on our automobile. We had a lot of luggage, and purchases, since we had been traveling almost two weeks. read more

Ping pong was fun!
Pool was too small.

Great hotel for kids; not that great if you don't have them. Should replace double beds with queens.

Beautifully designed public spaces. Very clean & attractive.
Room was hot! And it took 24 hours for the air conditioner to cool the room down. Staff indifferent--not friendly, not rude.

Very attractive, clean, comfortable--although if you spend your stay during the summer, bring a portable fan along with you to cool down your room or else spend most of your time in the hallways and public spaces. Very conveniently located to airport, restaurants, and quick access to most areas of the city. Quiet. Allows pets.

Location.
The room was really hot and the air conditioner didn't work, windows didn't open either.

This hotel was in a great location. The room was nice except the temperature in the room was way to hot. The air conditioner was not working or something and the windows are not ones that you can open.

I only spent one night.

A heavy set male desk clerk was extremely rude and uncooperative.

I asked for a crib, and received it right away. I also requested a refrigerator, and received it also.
My baby was crying in the middle of the night, and the neighbor was upset, banging on my wall, and yelling obscenities.

When we arrived at the hotel, I checked in and asked for a bell cart. The girl at the front desk told me that the bellman was busy so she would meet me at the B door with a bell cart. She never showed up. I waited for a while with my kids. We had been traveling for 7 hours, and we were ready to get out of the van. I had to go get the bell cart myself. When we walked into the room, it seemed very small. But it had everything we needed except for a fridge, so I had to go to the store and buy a cooler for milk for my baby. However, I got a fridge the very next day. I was glad we were allowed to have pets, we brought our dog. The room was clean and quiet. We had an incident with the neighbor banging on our wall because my baby was crying, so I left a night early, but the front desk was curtious and understanding and refunded my one night in cash. Our hotel experience at The Holiday Inn wasn't the greatest. I would recommend a family getting a larger room. I probably won't stay there again. read more
