Ramada Hays

It's OK. I would not be happy if I paid their full price. This hotel is older and is better than a motel 6 but shouldn't be rated the same as the newer hotels that surround it.

Not comfortable.

This hotel was disgusting. My room smelled like stale smoke, the walls were paper thin, the bathroom was dirty (I found five pubic hairs on the floor of the bathroom) and the breakfast offering was not good.

Shabby - tub fixtures loose, tub clogged, mildew on shower curtain.

I went to complain about poor TV reception but overheard next door guest complaining about mold in tub, hair in bed, and slime in pool with desk clerk unable or unwilling to accommodate the guest who was going to send pictures to corporate making complaint seem small. Next morning breakfast lounge TV was in black & white just showing lack of quality. I was concerned after I read comments online from previous guests complaining about mold in rooms. This is a very old hotel, they are trying to bring in new furniture, linens, carpet but hallway walls were being stripped, no sprinkler system, couldn't rent games because no card on file and very unhelpful. I expected more from a level 2 hotel.

Great location off freeway, Nice room. Good work area, lighting, surface, hook up for computer.

We had terrible service at this hotel. We had to wait in line for 45 minutes to check in. People were coming back saying the rooms they got were already occupied or uncleaned. The one man at the desk didn't even apologize. When I received a room, we discovered that the wireless internet that was advertised was not available in that room. I called for help and he told me that we would be called to be moved to another room. We never received that call or was able to use the internet. We will probably never stay at that Ramada again. We were very disappointed in our stay and have not had service that bad in a long time. read more
