Check in was easy.
They charged my card but refunded the charge the next day.

This is an older hotel that has been kept up pretty well. We only slept there so I cannot realy comment about the other amenities.

It is close to the freeway and the beds are comfortable.
Smoky, run down, noisy, not very good service.

Could not wait to leave. Though the rooms were pretty spacious and beds/pillows comfortable, the staff were hard to communicate with, seemed unknowledgeable and unhelpful/uninterested, it was very noisy and near a train and smoke was everywhere getting into non-smoking rooms, and one AC unit did not work well (was very old) and it was uncomfortably hot.

Service was excellent- from front desk clerk to room service to restaurant servers-all top-notch!!
Games in arcade did not all work- ate money.

Fabulous stay- exceeded our expectations! We were extremely pleased with our experience!

Large lobby, plenty of parking.
Not pleased.

Rooms seemed damped. Housekeeping only changed the towels, did vacuum before check-in or after first night, also did not make up beds. 1st room air condition did not work, empty Kleenex box in bathroom. Second room was better. Overall for sleep and rest room worked out well.
