Location.
Holiday Inn is an excellent value. Friendly staff and lots of amenities make it worth the stay. The pillow menu was one of the best points. Excellent location--close to the medical centers, Reliant Park, and Downtown. Parking can be a problem.

Very conveniently located to the medical center with shuttle service.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was helpful. The shuttle bus to the medical center and nearby shopping was very helpful. Very nice in room kitchenette.

Was very comfortable. Room was clean and beds were soft.
Restaurant and bars closed really early for a big city, but so did places around the city.

The shuttle service for the hotel was excellent.
The parking was not the greatest.
The hotel staff was really helpful, the room was nice and clean for an older hotel. The beds were real comfortable, room service was great.

Beautiful and spacious, room was outstanding for the money.
No shopping or restaurants other than fast food places nearby.
This is a wonderful hotel to stay in. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and the room was quiet, well designed and very comfortable. The only drawback is that there is little to do within walking distance since it is right in the medical center. It is easy to access and very close to the downtown area.

The hotel was nicely furnished.
The hotel was nice, the staff friendly, and it was entirely smoke free. The largest down-side was that I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel and still gotten continental breakfast.

My family has to travel to Houston every 2 months for cancer treatment. This is a great place.
Not sufficient parking. Vagrants approached us for money in parking lot.
This hotel has superb shuttle service to MD Anderson Cancer Center which is why we have to go to Houstn,Texas. The hotel is clean and so close to the cancer center.
