This hotel is newer.
No comment.

Since the hotel is newer it was nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly. I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very nice and very convenient for our stay in La Crosse. I would definitely stay there again.

It's location.
Had to use public parking next door.

The staff could have been a little more informative about the parking. Girl asked us if would require parking for our car and said the structure was next door and we needed a sticker. Later I found out this was a public parking structure and that we were charged $3.00 for the parking permit. No big deal but I was a little confused looking for the hotel parking but only saw this public one so I came to the conclusion that we were to park there. read more

The facilities.
The bed.

The hotel was nicely located, clean, friendly staff. However, the bed was not good. It was a Murphy bed. Not overly comfortable and not what I expected of a 3 1/2 star hotel. Other than that, everything was good.

The hotel was great, located right downtown LaCrosse, can walk everywhere.

This hotel is within walking distance to all the Oktoberfest festivities. Parking was convenient. The staff was great. The breakfast menu was ok not quite what I was looking for. The food was good though. I can't wait to go back next year.

For a non-smoking room, could smell smoke in the bath room from previous guests!

Nice rooms, clean - kid friendly pool.
Cost seemed a bit high for a small room in Lacrosse, WI- $145

Nice enough hotel but the staff needed training. It's what differentiates a good hotel from a great hotel. Examples: Enjoyed a tasty meal at the bar, but the bartender spent most of their time on a cell phone chatting loudly with friends. Only one clerk (who was slow) at the check-in desk. Took at least 20 minutes to check in and they sent us to the wrong room. Had to come back down and get rechecked. read more
