Owners park in the front drive through and only allow one lane of traffic to pass. If someone is checking in the driveway is blocked.

Manager is not customer friendly.

The front desk clerk was very rude. They required an additional $ to get a room with double beds.

Friendly and helpful staff and good nearby restaurants.

Clean hotel and helpful staff. Pool was warm and clean. Cracker Barrel restaurant next door was great for a good and inexpensive meals. Convenient location close to Austin, yet far enough away to escape the city.

The room had everything we needed.
Room service for meals too high.

I was able to get this hotel at the last minute when I discovered the first hotel I booked was a 2 star hotel, yet the facility was poor, so when we booked this one I was taking a chance, yet I was impressed and my husband was too, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great service but the hotel aspires to higher which is not deserved.
