Slipped on wet pool roof floor and requested it be cleaned up and I was in the hot tub for 20 minutes and it was never wiped up.

Everything else fine.

The hotel was clean and in a prime location being very close to the freeway and dining. From what i gather its a new facility. I didn't get a chance to utilize the amenities, (pool,hot tub, room service, etc) but I have no doubt that they would've made my stay even better.
