It was very clean, comfortable, and had a hot tub! Loved the location, too, across street from mall and was near my daughter's school.
Discovered we were not left any face cloths/wash cloths second morning of stay. Also, they were always out of towels at the pool.

This hotel was great, but the linen problems were annoying. Someone brought wash cloths to our room for us promptly, but it was still too late. We had a short amount of time each night to use the pool and hot tub, but had to go spend part of the time going to the front desk to ask for towels. We waited while they looked, but they couldn't find any.

I have stayed here several times - customer service is consistently excellent.

This hotel is relatively new. I have stayed here a number of times and always found it to be clean, with great customer service. The breakfast choices are minimal, but otherwise it is a great place to stay.

Clean, good customer service, would recommend it.
Made a request for a roll away bed prior to visit and did not get it until asked them 2 more times and i had to pay.

Clean, comfortable and non-smoking a big plus, personnel accommodating and courteous and I would recommend it.

Great location within short distance of university of Michigan.
Continental breakfast was not very good.

New, very clean, very comfortable, in the heart of Ann Arbor. The perfect place to stay if you want an affordable place to stay while visiting a student from the University of Michigan.
