Our seven story, full service hotel services downtown Wichita, Kansas, and is located on the edge of downtown with the most convenient access to all the downtown Wichita hotels to the highway system leading to Wichita. We offer meeting space up to 125 people. Overall hotel was nice. The only thing I was disapointed in, was the breakfast. I have stayed in hotels not as nice that always had free breakfast. I didn't realize yours wasn't and was surprised to get a bill of 8 dollars when I was eating. Just a thought to what your competitors are doing.

Felt like a hotel in this price range should have had a complimentary continental breakfast. Only had restaurant in am.

Staff did nothing to assist us just said "oh, well sorry."

We are birth over 60. This hotel has only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel. I travel with an oxygen concentrator, which is cumbersome but not a problem when luggage carts are available. My husband had to make 3 trips to get our needed luggage to the room. At checkout there was a cart, but after loading it it had a flat tire. We were told with the economy there was no one to help us. Needless to say we will not be staying at a Holiday Inn again. read more

Rooms had been recently remodeled.
Lots of train whistles in the night on the nearby tracks.

The clerk at the front desk told me that a complimentary continental breakfast buffet was included in the room price, but it was not. It was $7.95 pp + tax.
