The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites is conveniently located in downtown Huntington, West Virginia. It is adjacent to the Big Sandy SuperStore Arena and minutes from the campus of Marshall University. Located beside the hotel is Pullman Square which features Marquee Cinema, Funny Bone Comedy Club, Max and Erma®s Restaurant, Five Guys Burgers, and many other restaurants and boutiques. The hotel also offers a full service restaurant and room service available 6:30am to 10am for breakfast and 5pm to 9pm for dinner. The hotel offers a state of the art fitness center and indoor pool. All rooms are equipped with high speed wireless internet, microwave, and refrigerator. The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites is 12 miles from the Tri-State Airport and does offer complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport with advance reservation. It was close to attractions.
Dirty wash cloth on shower curtain and opened bag of chips in cabinet. makes you wonder what else wasn't cleaned.

The hottub in the bathroom and the location.
Not enough space and the front desk over night person was a real jerk at 3am when we got there.

Bad customer service, also the beds were too hard! But the shower was great and stayed hot for a while! Pool was very clean and the weight room was awesome! Not kid friendly at least when we stayed there!

The construction on the floor we were on.

Nice hotel. It is the third time we have stayed there while visiting our son at Marshall. Very convenient to the college.

The fitness facilitiesand indoor heated pool.
I was told that they had whirlpool bathes in the rooms and they only come in suites.

We should have been notified that there was remodeling going on the floor we had rooms on. Two of our party would not stay because of the smell, and it was to late not to get charged for the rooms. I know if they hadn't stormed out we could have probally changed to another floor. But, it still would have been an inconvenience. Our over stay was great we made due with the little inconvience and had a great time at the pool and fitness room. read more

Location.
Our floor was being renovated including our room. There was dried plaster on the bathroom floor. Sheetrock dust and the smell of paint was overwhelming.

The floor we were assigned should not have been opened to the public since it was in mid-renovation. The smells and dust were terrible. I have been coughing ever since the first night. We asked to be moved, but told there were no rooms available.

Lobby - beautiful; room bathroom - disgusting.

The common areas were beautiful and remodeled. The sleeping rooms must have been in transition because the bathroom tub/shower was less than stellar.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Great amenities. Overall great, and an excellent view to boot.

Very friendly service & the location of the hotel was wonderful. Great access to the Big Sandy Arena!
The breakfast was shabby and only offered coffee and dough nuts.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel!! The staff was friendly and the hotel was very upscale and family friendly.
