upgraded us to a suite
Seemed a little dirty and it didn't offer continental breakfast.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable it seemed as though 2 beds were comfy and 2 were not go figure! The hotel staff were OK but not as friendly as they should be very uninformative about the parks etc.

Was very outdated, and the room we booked wasnt ready when we arrived, had to take a different one.

The hotel was very out dated, wall paper peeling, old lighting, and not very clean.

Room was disappointing.

We arrived, the reception staff was nice. When we reached room it was like a hot house and we could not get air con to work. There was no light bulb in main lamp and TV remote did not work. We went to reception and it was put right whilst we ate out, but spoiled our stay.

Location; restaurants, shopping, Universal all in walking distance!
Breakfast in the hotel would be nice.

Room was extremely nice and so was the hotel staff. Great location for Universal Studios! It was just a nice short walk and we didn't have to wait around for the shuttle bus (walking probably not advisable for those with young children because path is right next to road). We had a wonderful experience & will stay here again.

How close it was to city walk.
Everything else. 100 dollars should buy you a room with comfort not a run down room.

It is run down, and is not worth spending the money to stay there. If you are trying to stay somewhere close to city walk you might want to try a different hotel.
