The front receptionist was fantastic, she made our group of 15 feel so welcome!

The hotel was better than I expected. The pool area was really nice with a little tiki bar for cocktails. Overall, the landscape was beautiful made you feel like you were at a actual resort. The rooms were really nice, very spacious. We rented 5 rooms for our group of 15. Everyone was really happy with their rooms, and said they would like to go back just to relax at the pool!

I was very pleased with the overall room amenities and cleanliness. The lobby and pool area were also clean and attractive. I had thought Holiday Inns slipped in quality but this was not the case with the Holiday Inn Busch Gardens.

Staff and service were beyond reproach.
Initial room (non-smoking) smelled like cigarettes; however, I was given a new room upon request.

The rooms were clean and comfortable; staff always went out of their way to accommodate needs and requests. Workers were warm and friendly as they went about their daily routines, making us feel welcome. I look forward to my next stay there.

Nice roomy 2 room suite, good internet connection, good shuttle service to Busch gardens.

We stayed here several months ago, and the desk clerk recognized us, and as last time, was really nice and made us feel like we were at home. The hotel is like a Spanish hideaway, nicely laid out, clean, and very well maintained. If you are going to this area, this is the place to stay.
