Closeness to downtown and shopping.
Renovations and parking accessibility.
Overall very pleasant staff and atmosphere, the restaurant was clean and fairly quiet and the rooms were large and comfortable about what you would expect from Holiday Inn.

Great staff, clean, modern. Very well kept.
Very loud blankets.
Overall this hotel is very clean, modern and was well kept. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had comfortable beds and many sights to see from our window. Good value!

Great staff, and really good breakfast.
Car broken into in their own parking lot. I would not stay there again for this reason.

Elevator worked good, in good condition.
Remote for TV didn't really work. Poor walk way from parking lot to hotel.

Great location to downtown.
Mini fridge in room would be an improvement.
Overall good 3-star. Simple but comfy rooms, hotel is clean and appears to be well kept. Free high-speed and proximity to downtown is a big plus. Lack of in-room fridge is a minus. Parking in above ground lot is affordable ($8/night) and is secure.

Wireless internet.
Old dated room and the bedding.
For the price and star level I chose, I felt it was a really bad selection. I stayed at Place Louis Riel hotel, and their rooms are exquisite, they should not be a 3 star hotel, they should be 3.5 star+. Was very disappointed to see that instead of staying at the Place Louis Riel on the Sunday instead, I had to move to the Holiday Inn.
