Nice room, clean and comfortable.

We have stayed in a room overlooking the pool in the past.(Humid feeling in the room and loud voices past 10 PM) This time I requested a room away from the pool area and was much happier. Will always do this in the future.

It still looks well taken care of even though it had been 30 years since I last stayed.
Nothing to complain about.

The hotel looked like a motel converted to a hotel.

The rooms were reasonably clean. However this hotel looked like a motel that had an external wall built around it to provide for indoor hallways. However the walls of the rooms that faced the hall had large windows and room heater/air conditioning units that vented hot air out into the hall. While the pool area was nice it was covered by a roof that did not seem to keep the heat in. read more

Too much partying outside the rooms and in the parking lot.

The hotel overall is nice. The management allows too much partying outside of the rooms and in the parking lot. There were numerous large groups drinking and conversing until all hours in the parking lot and out side of rooms, making a very uncomfortable atmosphere. There was no security. He was too busy talking to the front desk clerk. Most hotels
I stay at have a small refrigerator and microwave and charge about the same or even less. read more

Nice decor in the lobby. Very inviting.
No automatic entry doors.

Manager was very helpful in recommending a great restaurant (Benjamin's) that had an outdoor patio.

Very comfortable. Woke up and didn't realize I wasn't home.
TV remote worked, but was extremely touchy. I didn't report it.

I'd stay again if I needed to stay in this area. It was all that's important to me - quiet, comfortable bed, clean, with very friendly staff.
