I was very pleased with the accommodations. The room was very clean, the furniture was fairly new, the bathroom was updated, the lobby was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was replenished and was fresh.

Hard, small beds, poor pillows, chlorine smell throughout the hotel, wet floors in and around elevator.

The friendly and helpful staff welcomed us and took care of checking us in without a problem. We noticed a strong chlorine smell in the entire hotel, even in our second-floor room, though. The room was nicely located, and the bathroom was spacious and clean, but the beds were short and narrow, and the pillows were hard and small. Sleeping was not comfortable.

Not pleased with the stay. Come find out the hot tub was not working and had not been working the 2 days before I got checked in. The reason I wanted to book there was because of the hottub and needed to relax and unwind from the busy shopping season! So much for a relaxing weekend, also found 2 bugs in the bed overnight. I will not stay at a holiday inn anymore because of my bad experience. read more

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very nice.
Distance from convention center.

Over all had a great experience at this hotel. It was very clean. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The area was quiet but close to lots of restaurants and a movie theater. The staff was very friendly and gave great directions. My only problem was the actual driving distance to the Convention Center was 20 miles not 13, which was about a twenty or thirty minute drive.

Called hotel to confirm 2 double beds, but got one king-sized bed.

Hotel was okay for just a place to sleep and take a shower. Clean enough.
