I would not pick this hotel because of the location. This stretch of I-drive is very congested with traffic. Took 20 minutes to get to a main intersection.

Great location. Only minutes from Universal Studios and restaurants on Sand Lake Dr.

Room was very large , clean with comfortable beds.Only drawback is that restaurant, check in,etc are in another building.

Clean, easy to find, friendly staff.
Maintenance issues, burned out light bulbs, door didn't lock unless shut very hard.

Friendly staff, convenient location. Although a little outdated, was clean and comfortable.

The room was large.
Not suitable for a business traveler. Strictly tourist families.

It was okay. Not a place I'd be likely to return. Lousy service at the bar, but it's a hotel catering to families with children, who were in the bar area. Just not my type of atmosphere.

The location was close to business meeting I was attending.
Only one elevator was working. I was forced to use the stairs three times over the two day stay.

I was not happy with the quality of the hotel or the large disparity between the price.

Rude staff, keys did not work noisy, very dark.

For people with low expectations, this place is great, if you have a problem with the staff they yell at you or try to pick a fight with you, this place has no idea what customers mean it's pathetic; I did not like it so much I tried to catch an earlier flight rather than to say another night.
