The beds are comfortable.
The bathroom is small.
The staff is friendly. The reception area, the pool area and the restaurants are lovely. The breakfast buffet is average but is the best option if you want a full meal. They offer cereals, coffee, tea, juice, fruits, scramble eggs, ham, cheese, sausage, bacon, muffins croissants.

Convenient to the San Juan Airport.
Reception did not recommend local restaurants, although there were several in the area.
Very nice, good value for the money. Would have liked to have been able to stay longer.

The rooms were clean and attractive; the restaurants offered good variety.
From the lobby to our room involved an elevator, stairs, and a hallway outdoors.
We were traveling with another couple and stayed here one night on our way home. Clean room and a choice of restaurants in or very near the hotel for dinner and breakfast the next morning. This hotel met our expectations perfectly, with a choice of three restaurants for dinner and two choices for breakfast, all within the hotel.

The swimming pool.
The additional fees.
The hotel was nice overall. The rooms were very small and well the bathroom was so small in order to shut the door you had to get in the shower shut the door then get back out and do what you need to do. Terrible lay out on the room. The hotel greeters were absolutely outstanding. They were the only hotel staff that had personality and would help you.

My room was beautiful, the bed was heaven to sleep on. I will request this room when I return.
I took the Old San Juan tour and the driver attempted to take me to somewhere I did not agree to go.
The hotel was beautiful, the location was great a short, safe walk to the beach. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly and there were excellent restaurants at the hotel (though not owned by the hotel).
The room was a bit worn and had doubts about cleanliness.
The public areas were nice, but rather spartan. The pool area seemed like it had a nice area for kids. The hotel internet was not wireless and they did not have Ethernet cables in the room. The hotel guide said they were available in guest services, but I was informed that all the cables were already checked out! Our room (and the entire floor) was freezing cold, but when the air conditioning was off, the room became very humid and smelly. In fact, the coffeemaker appeared clean, but smelled of urine. I noticed the lid over the water reservoir wasn't clean. The room layout was good, but it was a bit shabby. This was definitely not upscale. read more
