Convenient location, can walk around town, friendly check in.
Seemed dated. Tissue holder was rusty, dimly lit. Wallpaper peeling.

For the regular price of this hotel, I expected a more updated, comfortable, inviting room. For the price, I've found much nicer rooms in larger cities/more expensive areas. Disappointed.

Hotel within easy walking distance of Ithaca Commons and short drive to Cornell.
Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Hotel staff are kind and conscientious. Location is convenient to Cornell and to Ithaca Commons, where there is plenty of dining options. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The hotel was clean and quietly upscale. The decor was fine.
There was nothing about my experience that was negative.

The Holiday Inn was comfortable, warmly attractive and quiet. The rooms were very attractively decorated. The beds were more than comfortable. All in all a perfect stay.

Warn guests that they require cash deposit if using debit card.

It was fine - clean - and close to where I needed to be. If you are using a debit card be prepared to put down a cash deposit!
