Very pleasant staff.
My room was awful.

This Holiday Inn room was not consistent with the current advertising campaign of updated rooms, etc. Our room had mold growing in the ceiling in the bath room. It had ripped and tattered carpet.

Very attentive and friendly staff.
Some problems using their internet services, problems were resolved though.

I really like the staff. Easy check-in/out. Lobby bar is clean and cozy. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable.

Happy hour.
The bug bites.

The elevator was not working, the bar staff did not show up-the girl making drinks was not a bartender, did not know how to make a martini, and I believe my bed had bed bugs, as I have bites on my back and chest.

The thermostat in the room didn't display the temperature setting. It took awhile to get the room comfortable.

The hotel was very helpful. The rooms were spacious. The building is a bit old, but seems to be well kept. My wife liked the layout of the rooms and lobby.

The hotel met all of our needs. The room was large and comfortable. Maid service was great and so were other hotel staff. I would stay here again and again.
