Clean hotel and very friendly staff.
The standard room had a very small bathroom. The toilet was in front of the sink.
Good stay, restaurant was pricey and no complementary breakfast.

Very clean, LCD TV, convenient location.
No complimentary breakfast, had to pay for it (& not cheap!).
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. I especially liked the LCD TV in the room. The only negatives were the high breakfast menu prices, we ended up eating breakfast elsewhere cheaper, & the bathroom didn't have a vent. We were well pleased overall, though.

This new Holiday inn was great with the price. It's clean and convenient. Hotel staff was very kindly to help customers to meet what they what. We would definitely will use it next time when we come to Jacksonville.

New hotel, great staff. Clean. Good location. Small lounge area.
Smaller restaurant and lounge area. Otherwise a very nice hotel.
This is a very new hotel, good sized rooms and very clean. The rooms are quiet, without any noticeable outside noise. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant was small, but what items they had were good.
