The Japanese gardens were beautiful and all of our room requests were accommodated despite our late check-in.
It's located in a residential area and not very convenient for shopping.

The hotel far exceeded my expectations for a 2 star hotel. The room was very comfortable, and most toiletries were provided without having to ask. The service was excellent-every employee, from the security guard in the parking lot to our housekeeper, to the pool attendants, to the front desk, was warm, helpful, and had a smile for you. The Japanese gardens beside the pool and the pergola that ran the length of the hotel provided a serene environment. You would never know you were right next door to a major airport! The one drawback was the residential neighborhood it was located in. Unless you wanted your hair or nails done, shopping options were very limited. read more

Vending machines out of beverages and no snack machines.

Based on the star selection the hotel was very nice and neat. The hotel staffs were very friendly and they even directed me on how to get there via the public bus.

Everyone on staff was very polite and helpful.
The parking lot didn't feel as safe as I felt it should be.

Despite its location, this hotel meets all standards. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are well kept and the restaurant, pool and weight room were a nice addition.

Comfortable and close to JFK.
Area near hotel looked ruff, and road construction.

The hotel has a very convenient location near JFK. Perfect for 1 or 2 night stay before or after traveling. The staff is friendly.

Close location to the airport, clean and cozy room.
There is no refrigerator in the room; the internet is shut down in midnight.

As a whole, this hotel is a good place to stay especially for people would like to access flight in the early morning.
