Room with view of garbage, restaurant staff non attentive, front desk girl.

This hotel could do more to attend to customer requests. I stayed 3 days and on the first day requested that I be moved to a room whose windows didn't have a view of the hotel garbage. She told me that the hotel was fully booked despite the fact many had not checked in yet. She never followed up with me the following days. The restaurant staff could have sold me a ton of food & drink had they been by to ask. Instead I had one drink and left as soon as the dinner was done. The cleaning staff left garbage in the bathrooms, not enough towels and the room itself was old and dungy. Lastly, the gym says its open from 5:30a-9:00p. When my wife asked at 7:30a the front desk said it didn't open until 9:00a. When we asked why did the sign say different she proceeded to call someone to open it up for us as if we were causing her an inconvenience. read more

Good location since we had a car and a lovely hotel.

We loved this hotel and it was one of the best we stayed in throughout our week in Ireland. I would definitely stay there again.

They provided adjoining rooms.
Life guard was completely irresponsible.

Very nice hotel. Everyone was really helpful and the accommodations were very nice.
