Great location, clean, friendly and a great value.
The mattress is very hard for most peoples tastes, not very well padded.

The price is great, the mattress is hard, but if they spend more money on a good or great mattress, then the price will go up. The staff is nice.

Not great for a holiday inn. Need to invest in mattresses. I have stayed in lesser hotels with more comfortable beds.

Convenient to the interstate.
Bathroom was a little dirty.

I was expecting the worst from this hotel after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I chose the hotel because I wanted a brand I could trust (Holiday Inn) at a good price and the right location (off of the interstate). This was a great hotel for my purposes. It was my stopping point for the night after a 12 hour drive. I noticed that many of the negative reviews of this hotel were written by people who seem to have been at the hotel for leisure purposes, as if expecting the hotel to be a resort and not the mid-range pit stop that it is. It was generally clean, comfortable, and a good, safe place to stay. For those of you who basically need a place to sleep and shower, by all means stay here. read more

Exterior was newly remodeled and nice. Fluffyy towels and nice smelling shampoo.
Interior was run down, peeling paint and wall paper, rust spots in shower, low ceiling in bathroom was poor quality.

The exterior was recently remodeled and looked promising, but the interior was old tired and run down. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the common areas were nice, but the overall hotel was old.
