Fabulous service and
great facilities.
Nothing.
We loved it. Generous, yummy breakfast. Comfortable, clean and attractive facilities. Convenient location. Helpful & friendly service. All good.

The staff was nice.
No luggage dollies/and only stairs.
While we know there must have been elevators and luggage dollies somewhere (we were attending 2 days of the Renaissance faire and our costumes created a lot of luggage) all we were directed to were staircases that weren’t near anything!

The staff was very helpful at the courtesy desk. They were very attentive and friendly. The rooms were well maintained.
From the moment we arrived at the desk, we were warmly greeted. A map to a house of worship was quickly produced and my wife enjoyed the pool.

Nothing.
Restaurant was shut down by the board of health.
This hotel has lost its Holiday Inn status. It is a disaster.

Location isn't bad. Parking is free.
It's under construction: messy, dirty, noisy and trashed.
It's your average 40-year old Holiday Inn. This one just happens to be in the middle of major renovations. The staff is a little bit creepy.

Hotel is under renovation. USDA inspected and failed the restaurant; write up in local paper about inspection, failing to pay employees, taxes not paid. Short staff. Asked for additional blanket and TV remote never received from them. Not what you would expect of a Holiday Inn.

Under new management and the staff are really trying hard with what they have to work with.
4 PM check in.
We had a very enjoyable and pleasant time. The hotel is under renovation and the manager did an excellent job of trying to make our Wedding Anniversary pleasant. They are trying to dig out of a hole they were left in by the previous management. The place was allowed to run down by the previous management. After they took all they could out of it then they unloaded it rather than fix it up. read more

Not impressed!
Remodeling, but still could have been kept cleaner.
The place looked nasty. They are remodeling, but should have a better plan than to have messes in front of guests. Also, no cable, because apparently the cable lines were burnt into. The quality of this hotel is no more than a 1 star.

Nothing.
The coffee makers in both rooms did not work.
This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel was getting a facelift, but they still rented rooms off hallways with bare drywall walls, drywall compound ground into the carpet.

Dynamite desk staff.
Being remodeled. Cable TV not working related to power outage.
Though the front desk and dining room staff was wonderful, the amenities at this hotel were ok. Remodeling-related power outage had kayoed the Cable TV service. The downstairs, hallways, and elevators were a construction-related mess. The restaurant was closed because of construction or the power outage.
