Worn down baths and leaky faucets.

This is a hotel with an amazing view and location. The staff is friendly and very efficient to customer needs. The building and rooms, however,show signs of aging. They are worn. While you can't beat the location,the rooms are mediocre at best, with no refrigerators, and rather basic worn baths. While that detracted from my stay and made me question the value for the money, I would indeed stay there again due to the amazing views, short walk to restaurants/shopping, and the wonderful opportunity for sunset or morning beach walks! read more

Close to the beach.
No good places to eat within walking distance.

We wanted to stay close to the wedding we were going to - something close to the beach. So, this Holiday Inn met that need. But the price is not a comfortable price for the room. After all it was not the Ritz Carlton! This hotel(motel) is just like any other motel you find along the interstate.

The room could have been cleaned a little better.

This was a spacious room with a refrigerator. It would have been nice to have a small microwave also.

Restaurant on 7th floor, had a very good meal, service was also very good. The view of the gulf from our room was wonderful.
Our room was on 5th floor facing gulf, we were outside wall, early Sunday morning workers were breaking up steel and wood throwing in dumpster.

Great location, food was very good, employees were friendly, and accomodating,
I would recommend to a friend.

A little outdated.

This hotel is in a wonderful location, right on the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and the rooms were adequate, though a bit out-dated.

Convenient to all beaches and shopping.
Cleaning staff needs to be more thorough. Found an empty water bottle under the bed.

The hotel was clean and neat as a pin. Very clean looking and nothing out of order, until my cell phone fell under the bed, and when I went to get it, found the previous tenants water bottle. It was the only negative mark of the room.

Excellent location to shopping and the beach. Also nice in town feel and great sunsets.

Older but well maintained. Pool has a great view of the ocean. We found the hotel to be very clean. Service was excellent. Also each room has a nice size refrigerator.
