Being a hurricane evacuee, we were treated poorly.

Hotel was nice. Staff needs to be made understood that they are in a hospitality business. My family was treated poorly while I was on my way home from Saudi Arabia. Manager escorted my wife out the front door and was not going to allow her to stay there because of pets, yet there were other animals in the hotel. When she called the main number for Holiday Inn, she was told to talk to the manager, who was the one that was going to not allow her to stay there. read more
