Rooms are cheap.
Internet is not free.

Rooms are cheap considering the hotel standard, but there are hidden fees like internet costs 10 pounds per night. The restaurant was short on staff.

Pricey parking and other conveniences i.e internet, phone calls and taxi service.

Nice hotel for the negotiated Priceline price. I did not like all the extra charges for parking 10 pounds, internet 8 pounds and phone calls 2 pounds for local calls - very expensive.

Front desk staff was not knowledgeable.

Modern hotel with easy access to Heathrow. Best suited for persons who have rental cars. I was on the bus or walked. There were no conveniences easily reached.

No hair dryer. No bar soap for taking a bath. Unfriendly reception.

Okay for one night. Very basic room with no frills. Bathroom very basic - no hair dryer or Kleenex tissues. When taking a bath no bar soap - only wall-mounted liquid soap. But very clean and functional otherwise. Would only use for one night en route to Heathrow.

Excellent service and no surprises.

Clean and friendly. Shuttle access from terminal 5 at Heathrow excellent. Service curtious and efficient. Although particularly suited for the business traveller is equally suited for families connecting at Heathrow.

Very close to airport for business travelers.
No free airport shuttle, no free WiFi. Cat 5 connection did not work in the room.

The hotel seemed clean, however free wireless internet was not available nor a free airport shuttle. The airport was in sight and only a short drive to the terminals. I will not recommend this hotel to my business nor family friends.

Clash between residents & Christmas Parties for the restaurant.

Good front desk; excellent rooms & great convenience for Heathrow. I assume we are talking about the Holiday Inn London Heathrow. However, when you arrive at HRW, make sure you know which (of 3) Holiday Inns you are staying in, because no-one will help you until it is too late!
