The buffet restaurant is OK. But the Chinese restaurant in the hotel is terrible. They use too many workers. One person tried to sell you drink. Second person takes order. Two persons serve the food (one person puts the food at the table and the other person tells you what the dish is). Also two persons take away the food when you finish. It seems a waste with so many workers. We ordered four items, three had same ingredients and look the same. One order of spring rolls has three small rolls, priced at $3.50 US each. In the US it is about $1 or less each. This restaurant is poorly patronized. Most people will probably not go back the second time. The decoration and atmosphere is beautiful. Lots of tour groups come & go so the lobby can get crowded. It was a great place for our purpose which was a Convienient place to crash before & after our cruise.

This hotel is relatively new and clean. The good points: cheap, near airport, available transportation (car/bus), as it is right off the highway. Bad point: everything cost money: internet, breakfast, bus, airport shuttle, internet, parking. One big problem is that there are at least two other Holiday Inn Heathrow airport, so be careful!

Good location and price for the business traveler. Not impressed by the food. The hotel is a major destination for in-country tour buses.

Stayed there for 2 nights, nice room with a decent shower etc. No complaints.

This hotel restaurants were excellent. They had a variety of foods for everyone. In the morning a person could have the buffet at one restaurant or at another have a small bite to eat such as a coffee and a pastry. I would recommend this hotel it was very clean.

Easy to get to and from Heathrow. Price for a small room without a top sheet on the bed even. Clean enough but carpeting worn down.

Check-in was delayed. However, I have stayed at this hotel before, and every time there has been some kind of problem. For example, last time they were running late, and couldn't give us room until after 8 pm. Three star hotels shouldn't have problems like this, and if they arise, they should offer some kind of compensation (free breakfast, free internet.) -- something.
