Clerk said it was a double plus sofa bed and it wasn't.

Easy to get to and from Heathrow. Price for a small room without a top sheet on the bed even. Clean enough but carpeting worn down.

The concierge was very helpful.
The roadway from airport was Byzantine.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, answered questions readily. The hotel was comfortable and the restaurant provided a nice dinner meal.

Restaurant should have better food selection.

Hotel is on convenient and safe location. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom are clean.

The hotel staff was awesome.
The location was out of the way but the hotel bus connected with everything.

This hotel was my favorite of the four I stayed at during my trip abroad. It has a festive, fun and friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredible. The amenities were easy to use, like the internet and the gym, and were available. I will definitely stay there again and will recommend.
