Clean room.
Bad neighborhood.

Do not stay here. Pay the extra money and stay at the hotel Maya. Very bad neighborhood, you do not want to walk or take public transport around here.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
When we tried to get the hotel shuttle at the queen Mary the shuttle driver droves past us and didn't stop.

The hotel was great the only problem was with a shuttle driver that was not the regular driver. After we called the hotel for the shuttle we tried to stay in contact with the hotel to find out where to meet we went where we were supposed to meet the driver and he drove past us and didn't stop. After he finally picked us up he did the same thing to some people he was supposed to pick up at a restaurant except he did somewhat stop but then proceeded to drive away. read more

Immaculately clean, perhaps recently redone, easy access to airport.
Located in "iffy" neighborhood.

I worried about the safety and quality of the hotel as I drove through the neighborhood in which it is located. I need not have worried. There was protected underground parking and alert and interested staff. Finally, this hotel was far cleaner and well-cared for than the 4-star hotel on the harbor we had used earlier in our trip.

Great, comfy beds, nice sheets and comforter.
A television in one of our rooms made noise while on.

Good place to stay alone or with children. We got two rooms and thankfully they had two rooms together with an adjoining door. One room was a king, the other was two twins. I was traveling with my mother and my son, they took the two twins and I got the king all to myself. They had a good selection on channels as well. My only disappointment was no mini-fridge or microwave, but they had a very cool one cup coffee maker and rather good coffee (Bring your own creamer if you like cream though). read more
