The The Holiday Manchester West hotel finished a refurbishment in late 2006 and now has a relaxing yet stylish bar area, and a Asian fusion restaurant. Business services including high speed internet access are available within all the bedrooms, public areas and conference rooms ( WIFI in the public areas). The hotel also has secure guest parking.The hotel is located close to the M62 and M602 motorways and is near Manchester International Airport, Manchester city centre and the GMEX exhibition centre. read more

The hotel was reasonably clean and had free newspaper.
The staff was not very accomodating and rather cold. Seemed to be only interested in $.

The hotel is a long walk away from manchester city center, and not much is around. The hotel itself is similar to a motel in northa merica in terms of space and location. I would not stay there again.

The room is quite good.
Air conditioning is not working well.

Location is the big problem of this hotel. Parking is charged, not free. The room is quite comfort except the air conditioning is not running well.

Plastic cups avail at ice machine. bathroom great, bed comfortable, safe in room very important.
Chair didn't fit under the desk and the blow dryer was at the desk and was difficult to use.

Very nice hotel within walking distance to downtown and to a grocery store. room was attractive but small and had a great shower/bathroom (except for the blow dryer.)

The staff was very friendly and helpful, during the day.
We requested a 5.30 wake up call which we did not get, good thing we woke up on our own as we would have missed our flight.

to the airport was great.
Location to the school could have been closer.

The hotel staff were great even in a bad snow storm. The room was more than ok.
