Bordering on the MetroWest region of the State, the newly renovated, non-smoking Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in Marlborough is at the Crossroads of New England in central Massachusetts. Situated on Rt. 495, minutes from Route 290 and the Mass Pike, Route 90. The hotel is surrounded by industry leaders in the fields of bio-tech, high-tech, finance and defense.We offer 152 well-appointed rooms and 20 spacious two-room suites. Suites feature a kitchenette, dining area, living room, and a king bedroom. Standard rooms include our kings and rooms with 2 double beds. Whether traveling for business or with family, our rooms are designed to fit your needs. Our 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are completely renovated with the rest of our rooms and suites scheduled for completion this fall. Hotel amenities include free parking, fitness center, indoor pool, restaurant, room service, lounge, on-site laundry, valet, ATM and business center. Complimentary shuttle service is available to local companies as well as restaurants and shopping within a 5 mile radius. Downtown Boston, home of the Boston Red Sox, Bruins and Celtics and the TD BankNorth Garden, is within 40 minutes. Round trip van service to Logan Airport is available for a fee. Worcester, home of many colleges, the arts, hospitals and the DCU Center, is less than 18 miles away. The New England Sports Center is within 4 miles. Hotel was undergoing a massive reconstruction project. Lobby was a shambles and construction noise started at 8AM. Lots of construction debris and dust. Also very poorly lit drive made it hard to find. Drove by entrance three times before we figured out where it was.

The hotel was under construction, I was never told when I booked the room. We traveled all night and were planning on sleeping for the afternoon however with all the construction it was impossible to get any sleep! I was very annoyed especially because I was not notified the hotel was under construction. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly.

Room was large and comfy.
Did not know this hotel was under construction, my window was covered with tyvek.

Check in was easy, cookies at front desk were delicious. My room was spotless, large and comfortable. My only surprise was that most of the hotel was under construction, maybe that's why they gave me a suite. The price was great.

Close to Interstate exit, customer offices and short distance to restaurants and center of town.

This hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation. Lobby/public area and floors are a construction zone. Restaurant has not yet been renovated and has only a limited menu at this time. There are several excellent restaurants near and in the town of Marlborough a short drive.

Cleanliness and staff was excellent.
Due to remodel, the workout room was not available.

Good location just off the expressway. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful in answering directions and other questions.
