I liked that you could tell the lobby what kind of pillows you liked and they would bring them to you. Also the lobby was very nice and clean.
This was not as nice a hotel as Holiday Inn's usually are so that was slightly disappointing, but it wasn't awful.

I disliked this hotel at every level.
It is a dump, old and dirty-looking.

I would never stay in an old Holiday Inn again.

The hotel was very outdated.

Rooms were outdated, had a old smell to the room and the lobby.

The staff was nice and very apologetic.
We had to change rooms twice and walk to the front desk to get different keys four times before we settled into our room.

This hotel is in very poor condition. The mattress was so bad that it felt like we were sitting on exposed metal springs. The second room smelled sour. The carpet was wet, and the sofa had water stains on it. The last room was decent, but nothing to brag about. We had planned to extend our stay one more day; but we checked out and went to the Hilton Garden Inn right next door on Saturday. 7/15/07. It was a world of difference in the hotels. read more
