Very comfortable bed.
Poor insulation from noise in neighboring rooms.
The hotel amenities and room was very nice and very comfortable with the exception of the noise. We were awakened early in the morning by noise in the neighboring room two or three times. The staff was nice and offered another room, but the neighbors had checked out already. Generally, this hotel is nice, but we were expecting more. We will probably go somewhere else next time.

We really enjoyed the fact that we could take our kids swimming in a nice swimming pool.
Food on the expensive side.
We had a great stay and staff was great. The room was good and clean, and the biggest thing was access to the swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Staff was friendly and helpful; rooms clean and comfortable.
Elevator had massive paint peeling; business center lacked privacy in lobby.
Overall, hotel was clean, comfortable and staff was very helpful. Location was close to shopping, restaurants, and the University and there was ample parking. I would recommend it to anyone traveling.

Staff, location, clean, excellent food.
We were upgraded to a river view upon arrival. The rooms were clean, beds excellent. Staff was great and food and beverage service was good.

Everything - great hotel.
The restaurant was very expensive so we chose to not dine there for dinner. We also were awakened in the night by noisy people in the hall.
This was a beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities and location. It appears to have been remodeled - it was beautiful. The bar had a pleasant atmosphere and the public bathrooms were very clean and nice. There is a large lobby and balconies overlooking a foyer; staff was friendly and this is definitely a great place to stay in Missoula.

Nice loby and facillities.
No breakfast, the rooms were not nearly as nice as the rest of the hotel.

The location and the staff were both very pleasant.
Horrible room colors, very smokey lounge, small plastic-fixtured bathrooms, no conditioner, double beds!
Our stay at the Holiday Inn Parkside, Missoula was very disappointing. The only thing 3-star about the Holiday Inn Parkside was the price. Small hideously-colored rooms, unintentionally retro decor and television, and a small plastic-fixtured bathroom with no fan or hair conditioner made one teenager exclaim "ghetto!" My king bed and pillows were hard but the kids thought their double(?!) beds were very comfortable. the elevators were small, dirty, and in need of paint. The smoke from the cocktail lounge wafted down the halls. However, the staff and the location were excellent. read more

Very attractivre and open spaced.
The pillows were horrible.
The hotel was wonderful except the pillows. They were like sleeping on a brick.
