Room stuffy and warm, window/slider door did not open to outside.

The locations of this hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. The only downside was not having a window or slider door that opened to the outside rather than to the atrium.

a bit shabby and a tiny bathroom

A good place to sleep, but there was nothing about the hotel that would make you want to spend time in your room. We had just spent two nights in Spokane at a beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms in the same price range, so were a bit disappointed with our stay in Missoula

The bed was comfortable.
The entry door to the room had been damaged and there was a gap where you could see out in the hall. Felt unsafe.

Overall, it was fine. The damaged entry door was the only real problem. Also, the staff at the front desk seemed to put us in an out of the way room (when there was plenty of available rooms).
