Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Missoula Parkside

The beds were comfortable.
The staff was rude.

I arrived at the hotel and asked if they had any Riverview rooms available. I was greeted with not for the price you paid. Do you realize that these rooms go for 2.5 times that. Then to add insult to injury he put us in the room right where all the guests converge/diverge and the ice and soda machines. Plus my room faced a power station. I felt very unwelcome. I needed another room in Missoula later in the week and made sure I bid on a room that did not include their star rating. I would recommend you go to the Red Lion. It is cheaper, the rooms are bigger, just as clean and the staff is awesome! read more

Extremely comfortable bed.
Could not find anything to complain about.

Nice location next to the park. Room was very comfortable and the beds rivaled those of some of the best hotels I have stayed at.

Ease of check in.
Location of the room.

It was priced quite reasonably, and it was clean. The room we were given was quite a walk.

It was clean and comfortable.
Our room was too close to the elevator doors so it was a bit noisy.

Close to the center of town.
Needs better soundproofing - windows and between rooms.

It was very convenient for our visit to downtown Missoula, being right by the river and bike path. Lobby is attractive, with a large atrium. My room overlooked the parking lot and I could hear voices from there, especially at night. There was a lot of noise from the room above as well as from the hallway. Great Internet connection!

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, near the freeway and shopping areas. Very cozy lobby.
Reserved 2 rooms, staff gave the next room to another guest and indicating that one of our party already checked in.

Very pleasant hotel and would highly recommend.
