Holiday Inn Missoula Parkside

I arrived at the hotel and asked if they had any Riverview rooms available. I was greeted with not for the price you paid. Do you realize that these rooms go for 2.5 times that. Then to add insult to injury he put us in the room right where all the guests converge/diverge and the ice and soda machines. Plus my room faced a power station. I felt very unwelcome. I needed another room in Missoula later in the week and made sure I bid on a room that did not include their star rating. I would recommend you go to the Red Lion. It is cheaper, the rooms are bigger, just as clean and the staff is awesome! read more

Nice location next to the park. Room was very comfortable and the beds rivaled those of some of the best hotels I have stayed at.

It was priced quite reasonably, and it was clean. The room we were given was quite a walk.

I think the star rating of this hotel is too high. My parents stayed at a much nicer hotel, same price, but had bigger room, kitchenette, and dinner and breakfast included. The room was not bad, just doesn't rate 3 stars in my opinion.
