Clean small rooms, water pressure was low and
tiny elevators.

This was an older hotel and the rooms were slightly smaller than the normal but well kept and with very friendly staff.

The hotel is OK for the money. The only thing is that they do not have enough hot water. Every time we would shower the water would be cold. Also they need to hire professional front desk people I had an encounter with a specific young lady in regards to some complimentary tickets. She said that we were not entitled to them because of the cheap cost of the hotel room. She blurted this out in front of the people. I was very embarrassed over this situation. The hotel is about an 8 over all. It was an excellent stay.

This is the best palce and hotel to stay in Monterrey. It is cosy with a very good restaurant and great service. The guests also are of a class of business and serious traveller and not junk. The rooms are cosy and the view out of the window is great.. I would chose this one given as many options

The hotel is old but is in general good conditions.

The hotel was alright the location. Great many places near by you can walk to also the people are nice and helpful the bar is small but the food over all is good, but one of my rooms at night did not have hot water which was not so great but overall it’s an ok hotel.
