Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Air conditioning was not up to USA standards. Very disappointed!

I would rather tell you about a miscommunication that cost me a lot. My other hotels that I visited in Bulgaria came with breakfast. My friend and I ate each day.

Close proximity to historic centre of town and restaurants.
General upkeep is poor, toilet didn't flush in room.

Location is good for exploring the town on foot. Maintenance of the entire property is lacking, especially in standard queen rooms which are rented even if the toilets do not flush.
