They let me check in early. Great, large, open lobby area.
The pool was too shallow to dive and hot tub too hot.

Friendly, accommodating staff. No continental breakfast, but a restaurant at the hotel. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The pool is small and shallow, but fine for kids. The lobby area was large and open to the pool with a sitting area that worked great for a bridal shower.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Everything was just fine no complaints.

It was the first time that we stayed at this particular hotel and the desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I noticed the overall friendliness of other staff members also. It was very clean and neat and the hotel entry was attractive also. And, the bed was comfortable!
