We have been provided with a smoking room while having bid for a non smoking one. Staff was not even considering our remarks.

Would recommend but request accommodation on lower floors to enable to walk up/down stairs.

Great location and a really great staff. Room service from the restaurant was just what I needed after a long day at work. Hope I get it again when I bid for next week.

They had not turned the heat on yet and it was COLD!

Dinner tray was left on floor outside of room next to ours for two nights. We finally called to have it picked up.

Great location, central nice sized and clean rooms.
Hallways and some of finishes in need of updates.

Hotel was perfect for our needs - close to Broadway, Time Square and Midtown attractions. Rooms were bigger than average for NYC. Clean rooms and helpful friendly staff.
