Proximity to white water rafting and the highway.
The hotel just didn't look clean, stains on the floor, etc. Also, asked the front desk for restaurant selections, and they said McDonald's. Nothing else.

It was quiet and had plenty of hot water.
The bed was horrible.

The hotel staff was great. The place is huge so it was a walk to get to the room. The room was New York city small with a queen sized bed and a sofa bed, if we had pulled out the sofa bed we would have had to move furniture and would have had trouble walking. The bathroom was well appointed but the tub was strangely shallow which made it comfortable only to take a shower.

Having the hot-tub and pool available was nice.

The assistance we got there was good, it was fairly clean and we did enjoyed our stay. However, my son had to sleep on the sofa and he found food in the sofa. I wasn't able to identify what is was exactly.

The staff were very friendly, the pool looked great.

This hotel had outstanding beds and pillows. It is close to the main roads and only a short drive to see the bridge over the New River gorge.

It was quiet, the kids enjoyed the pool.
There was no detergent in the laundry facility and no one was able to help me find any.

Overall, I have little complaint. It was quiet, the staff was friendly.

Plenty of parking, Safe, I did like the soap smell.
It wasn't free? I really would like to shake the bed spreads and sheets daily or when they enter the rooms.
