Recently remodeled.
It does not have street appeal.
We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Service and staff responsiveness were excellent.
Small thing - not all of the remodeling workmanship was great.
This conventional hotel was attached to an indoor water park and arcade, which our children greatly enjoyed.

Quick check-in, and close to interstate access.
4 small pillows on king bed, and 2 bugs on the ceiling.
Not impressed. Serves its function as a place to stay, but compared to the other three star hotels available this one is on the bottom of the list. The 2 star comfort Inn across the street is a much nicer hotel in terms of the actual room experience.

Loved the regular pool area and the water park facility.
When coming back to the hotel in the evening, it's VERY hard to find parking in the lot.
We've stayed here several times and while it's a bit dated, it's also a great value for what we paid.

Convenient location to shopping.
Rooms were very small, beds were only double beds.
Hotel was clean, though rooms and restroom facilities were small. Only double beds not queens unless you upgraded to a king which was $100 dollars more per night. Not great for families with preteens and teens.

Friendly, helpful staff.
Sub-par beds, poorly maintained rooms burned lamp shade, dirty.
I don't have many good things to say about this hotel, however, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Upon checking in, we inquired about the availability of a room with a refrigerator. All of those rooms were booked but, for a small fee, they brought a refrigerator to our room that we were able to use during our stay. On our second morning, we checked in on a Monday and left on Thursday, we requested housekeeping service, however, they failed to clean our room. When we called the front desk, they apologized and sent someone up to deliver towels and empty trash. We had one meal at the restaurant. The food and service were both good. Beyond the above, the rest of our experience fell short of our expectations. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and not recommended if you need a firmer mattress for back support. The lamp shade in our room had two large, distinct burn marks from the light bulbs. This could be easily remedied and the shade should have been replaced long before we checked in. A noticeable layer of dust was found on furniture in the room and long hairs from the previous tenants were found in the bathroom. The TV was small and the volume could not be completely adjusted turned up past a certain point. I'm sure this was to prevent the volume from being turned up too high, but when the air was on in the room, it was difficult to hear the TV. Regarding the heating/cooling unit, it didn't have a fan only option. The heat was either on or off. This is an energy saver I'm sure, but we prefer circulating air at all times that's not necessarily heated or cooled. This is the first hotel we've stayed in where there wasn't a fan only option. Although this may not seem like a big problem, it did detract from our overall satisfaction. Bottom line, the hotel simply didn't meet our expectations for the price paid. read more
