It was cheap and it was perfectly located for where we needed to be.
There were bed bugs in first room. Lights and locks didn't work in 2nd room.

When we reported bedbugs they immediately gave us a different room. But the new room had lights that didn't work and a lock between adjoining rooms that came right out of the door, not at all secure. Lock to the hall door sometimes locked when we went out and sometimes didn't. They never offered to recoup us for any of the inconvenience.

Hotel was in a quite location and away from traffic.
Hard to locate without a GPS. Food a little expensive.

Motel was off the interstate in a quite location but hard to locate without a GPS. Staff was available to receive us and very good at pointing us in the right direction. Room was clean. Ice machine did not work but there was another one we used. Spa was out of service. Would recommend to others. Spent 5 nites there.

Very up-to-date. At first glance, looked very classy.
Seen 5 bugs on my stay, 3 dead on the bathroom floor when I got there.

This was a nice up-to-date hotel, although I wouldn't say it was great. I really appreciated the water pressure in the shower, some hotels are terrible in that area. Breakfast in the dining area was pretty good. It was worth the price only because my child was free. I would give it 7 out of 10 stars and I would stay there again.

Location, price, comfortable sleeping.
No ice in complex, not ample parking, restaurants too pricey, 2 night stay and key voided 2nd day. 10pm had to walk 2 blocks to office.

Location.
Very dirty, poor service.

This hotel contains a large indoor water park and thus attracts a lot of families with small children. That's great, but as a result is not a business traveler hotel. Room was so-so, public areas were filthy. 3 machines in fitness center and all were broken to some degree. Perhaps the worst was on first morning of my stay, I ordered room service breakfast, putting the tray outside door when finished. When I returned in early afyernoo, tray was still there, except that it had been moved somewhat. After leaving again and returning, I came back and the tray was still there. Except now, it had a napkin covering it. Someone went to the trouble to move it, put a napkin over it, (still there 12 hrs. after breakfast), but was too lazy to pick it up and remove it! I called the front desk at that point asking to have it removed. They said someone "would be right up" Well, their idea of "right up" was 2 hours later! read more
